Avon Ray has more than 10 years of experience in the supply chain and logistics field. VP of Supply Chain at Dolls Kill in San Francisco, California, United States. As Vice President of Supply Chain, AvonRay led the supply chain and logistics team responsible for all aspects of Dolls Kill’s operations. AvonRay's experience started at lululemon athletica where he was responsible for all aspects of the supply chain and logistics for the company. At Dolls Kill, he was responsible for leading the team that design and implemented the company’s new greenfield distribution center in Toronto, Ontario. He also served as the Distribution and Logistics Manager for Europe at Dolls Kill. There, he led the distribution and logistics operations for European regions. Additionally, at Dolls Kill, he was responsible for creating and implementing a “store within DC” backroom approach for IFC Hong Kong Retail locations. dove into logistics for the first time when he started at Kamino International in Portland, Oregon. There, he was responsible for the launch of 2 greenfield distribution centers, leasing, design, staffing. He also led the logistics network overhaul which included redesigning our 3PLDC, Carrier Contracts, and trade optimization resulting in a $7.5m year 1 savings. He also created a 5-year supply chain strategic roadmap, targeting $180m in savings and a 10% improvement to gross margin.Since joining lululemon athletica, Avon Ray has overseen the supply chain and logistics for the company. His experience includes leading the team that redesignded the company’s 3PLDC, led the supply chain network overhaul, and created a 250,000 sqft, greenfield distribution center in Toronto, Ontario. Additionally, he was responsible for the selection and implementation of a 3PL provider in the European region, and led the supply chain for European region with oversight support from Hong Kong logistics team.
