Program Manager 2 on Outlook @ From June 2015 to Present (7 months) Program Manager 2 on OneNote @ OneNote is a note-taking application in the MS Office Suite used daily by millions of users worldwide.
I designed and oversaw much of the OneNote for Windows 10 user experience on tablet and mobile through testing, iterating, and negotiating with teams across Office and Windows on design decisions. Adapting and optimizing UI/UX for various form factors is a big part of my job. I also worked on iOS, where I defined the mobile notification space for OneNote and an ongoing validation experiment.

1 patent pending From August 2012 to June 2015 (2 years 11 months) Business Technology Analyst Intern @ My role consisted of traveling around Colorado conducting in-person interviews at the state welfare offices, identifying and assessing user needs for a new version of Colorado’s welfare processing system used by over 4,000 county workers. My recommendations and follow-up were so successful that Deloitte turned my position into a permanent user needs assessment role after I left, continued by full-time BTA upon my departure. From June 2011 to August 2011 (3 months) San Francisco Bay AreaSummer Intern @ I administered on-site stormwater compliance inspections of 25 businesses for El Cajon City, and discussed contamination solutions and implementation with high-risk business owners. My research discovered surprising hot-spots on stove lip up to 250°C, leading to chip design modification. From January 2010 to May 2010 (5 months)
