spent the majority of my 4 years working as the head of human resources at a start-up software company. It was a lot of pressure and I wasn't that good at it. It was very difficult to make friends in the company and everyone was so focused on their work that I didn't get to see the other side of the story. I felt like I was LEAST important in the company and it was really tough to keep up with the growth of the company. worked as the head of HR for a tech company for 3.5 years. It was okay. I was good at managing people and resisting pressure but I was never really thrown in the deep end and I really didn't know what to do when something went wrong. I also didn't have a lot of responsibility and I feel like I was really lazy after that time.I have a lot of experience with digital products, including managing people and development. I also have some experience with customer service, project management, and communication. I would definitely recommendMichigan State University to anyone in need of a HR sysadmin.

After more than 15 years of practicing dance and theater, Ashley Westbrook decided to focus on her business and marketing skills. She moved to New York City in 2003 and began her business education at the Stern School of Business at New York University.
