💼 Past Experience

Annette's work experience begins with coaching and keynote speaker work. In her prior roles, she has been a coach, keynote speaker and author. Her coaching experience includes working with corporate teams and individuals to help them understand and embrace their customer experience. As a keynote speaker, she has successfully trimmed down a keynote to just over 10 minutes and delivered a number of powerful talks on topics such as customer facing strategy, customer journey, customer engagement and more. Her authoring experience includes creating and beta testing content writing platforms such as The eCommerce Solution Guide and The eCommerce Blueprint. Previously, she also worked as Chief Technical Officer at AspireUp, where she led all technical efforts for the company’s eCommerce platform. This was a responsible position where she directed all operations from start to finish from creating the foundation to scaling and withstood ever challenged technology changes. In her previous roles, she has worked with various industry groups and has formed relationships with various clients. Her experiences have given her understanding of the customer’s journey and how to make it Maxwellfeel better.

Annette CCXP holds a B.S. from Western New Mexico University in Business Administration and has worked in the customer service field for over fifteen years. In her previous roles, she has worked as a coach and keynote speaker for businesses, and as an author and consultant for their internal and external customer experience teams. As a business owner, Annette has also been involved with developing and implementing customer management processes and strategies, and developing and implementing customer engagement methods.Annette is interested in the development of continuous customer experience (CX) techniques and tools, and helping businesses work better with their customers. She has a strong depth of knowledge in customer experience from her work in the customer service and authoring fields, and she is a keen proponent of incorporating CX into business operations. Annette is also a craft beer lover and has been homebrewing for over 10 years.
