A few months ago, I met Andrew S. through our mutual friend, who is a business professional. Andrew is an executive coach and author who has penned several successful books on leadership, change and technology. After some introductory chit-chat, Andrew mentioned that he was a Senior Advisor with DGT Global. 💡 Technical & Interpersonal Skills

A few years ago, I saw an opportunity to help another business grow, and I took it. I became a part of their team and started advising them on all things technology and innovation, from concept to implementation. After a few months, I realized that this wasn't the career I was supposed to be in. I wanted to help people, not work for other businesses. So I left the business and started my own. Through it, I've seen a lot in the business world, both good and bad. I have had the opportunity to work with some of the most interesting, innovative companies in the world, and I've learned a lot. What I've learned has made me more experienced and prepared for this next step in my career: becoming an executive coach.Executive coaching is a type of professional relationship that helps people achieve their goals. It's different than most jobs because it's not about sending people away in the wrong direction; instead, executive coaching is about finding and implementing solutions that work for the client. The process of executive coaching is unique and requires a certain skillset. One of the most important skills you'll need is worked experience in the field of business. This will help you see things from a business perspective and help you develop the insights and strategies that will help your client succeed. While most executive coaching jobs will require some university-level courses, there are also a number of online programs that can help you gain the skills you need. While it can be a little expensive to enroll in a program like this, it's worth it to have the ability to help people reach their goals. So if you're interested in a career in executive coaching, there are a few things you'll need to take into consideration. First, you'll need to have worked in the business world for a while. This will give you a better understanding of what type of solutions work and how to work with clients to achieve their goals.Next, you'll need to have a strong portfolio of skills. This means that you have skills that can help your clients succeed. It's also important to have experience working with teams, as this will be a key component of your job.Lastly, you'll need to be proactive and have a sense of urgency. Often, the most successful executives identify their goals early on and startdeveloping strategies to achieve them. This means that you'll need to be able to take actions quickly and eruption-wise.So if you're interested in a career in executive coaching, you'll need to look into a few things. First, you'll need to have worked in the business world for a while. Second, you'll need to have a strong portfolio of skills. Third, you'll need to be proactive and have a sense of urgency. Fourth, you'll need to attend a program like executive coaching's online training. Fifth, you'll need to be able to see the world from a business perspective. Sixth, you'll need to have university-level courses in executive coaching. Seventh, and finally, you'll need to have a good sense of humor and be able to take on tough conversations.
