Lead the teams in C++, Java, and Python development for Google’s next-generation ad management platform. Developed algorithmic solutions to increase the precision, recall, and performance characteristics of searches on Google Maps. Used Google’s backend and serving infrastructure to process terabytes of data over thousands of servers. Architected various technical aspects of the project, including work in J2EE and multiple open-source technologies. After a successful alpha launch, scaled up the application to support 200 clients and over one billion transactions per month.
