Through her participation in a rigorous six-month group coaching program, she has honed her skills in empathy-driven leadership and resilience, which she now shares with others navigating similar paths.
Amy’s previous role as Managing Director at SRG allowed her to spearhead key projects focused on culture change and talent acquisition, where she successfully developed training programs that emphasized performance appraisal and succession planning. Her insights into deferred compensation and employee benefits have equipped her to advocate for practices that support employees holistically. As she embarks on this new chapter, Amy is committed to empowering others to embrace their journeys, fostering a culture of support and understanding that transcends traditional workplace boundaries.
