I have over 20 years of experience in the technology and marketing fields, which has let me develop strong Recruiting strategies and identify qualified candidates. I also utilize Vana Human Capital Management software to source, track and maintain accurate data and candidate applications and status. I work closely with my team to set up interviews with potential candidates andnegotiate compensation and other terms of employment with candidates.
