Drew University of Medicine and Science as a Clinical Administrator in 2013, I was excited to be a part of an organization that was constantly striving to provide quality care for its patients. ACLS is one of the world’s leading healthcare institutions and Charles Drew University is home to some of the most experienced and skilled professionals in the field of healthcare. ACLS is a Research and Service Organization and is dedicated to conducting basic, clinical and translational research. It provides Hopkins Medical Center’s patients with world-class care, while also bedding in new and innovative technologies to clinical care. This endeavor is conducted through a variety of strive programs and initiatives which have helped us grow and improve our services to our patients.One of my primary focuses as a Clinical Administrator at ACLS is to develop and manage patient care programs. I work closely with our team of doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure timely and high-quality care for our patients. Our programs include patient706-surgical, treatment and rehabilitation, mostly Pediatrics andanged through a collaborative process with our outpatient patients.One of the most frustrating things about my job is that I must constantly keep up with the ever-changing trends in healthcare. Every day, I experience new and exciting opportunities to improve care for my patients. Working in a constantly evolving healthcare environment is something that I look forward to, and I believe that it is something that I can bring to Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science.

Drew University of Medicine and Science.In her previous position at Charles R.
