I've worked in the consumer goods & consumer electronics/software industries for more than 18 years and have experience with consumer software products, Business software products and FMCG/consumer goods in general. After working at an American video games publisher called Crystal Interactive I moved to Xing Interactive. In April 2010 I took up an advisory role at Indonesian dairy products and UHT beverage manufacturer PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Co. Tbk.. It was always my ambition to work in a an FMCG company as this is true grass roots sales and marketing. I was appointed as the Head of Sales for the Outer Islands division which handles sales and distribution to all of Indonesia except Java. I was responsible for developing our channel sales strategy, trade marketing strategy and implementation of both these strategies at the operational level. In January 2015 I joined PT Tirta Amarta Group of Companies to take charge of a new beverage division built around the Haji brand which is licensed from a German company. Simultaneously I was appointed as the Operations Director for PT Lovina Beach Brewery from Bali which produces Stark Beer and 1945 Beer. A new chapter in my career and an exciting challenge. In August of 2015 I took over as Group General Manager Sales for all indirect channels (distributors) of which there are around 35 in Indonesia currently. Other products include Sari Kacang Ijo (Mung Bean Drink), Sari Asem Asli (Tamarind Drink) and Cap Sapi (SCM Creamer). Recently we added through the Joint Venture with ITO EN Japan the Kiyora line of PET bottled beverages: Kiyora Green Tea Jasmine, Kiyora Extra Green Tea and Kiyora Milk Tea. I manage all outer islands Area Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers and the National Sales Manager in Indonesia. The territory includes all islands except for Java.
