Prior to joining Khansaheb Group FM in October 2010, Adams was a senior facilities manager with Virgin Active, where he led and managed a team of engineers responsible for the execution of projects across the UK. Adam also has experience in contracting and procurement, as well as management of teams of engineers and architects. Adams started his career as an electrical/mechanical engineer, working at T.J Brent in December 2002. He subsequently progressed to an electrical apprentice, working at LCA Controls from January 1998 to December 2002. He then progressed to a senior Facilities Manager - Dubai and Northern Emirates, at Khansaheb Group FM in October 2010. There, he was responsible for the management of a team of engineers responsible for the execution of projects in the UAE and Northern Emirates. In July 2017, Adam was appointed head of maintenance at Quad Group LLC, a subsidiary of Quad Holdings, LLC. As such, he is responsible for the strategic planning, demolition, re-landscaping, and repairs of Quad Group LLC’s facilities across the United States.
