CII is a privately held specialty ingredients manufacturer established to deliver innovations for better food and stronger communities – today and for generations to come. CII produces food particulates that add flavor, color and character to numerous food applications as well as pre-blended mixes to create flavored swirl effects in bread products. CII’s diverse portfolio also includes texturized plant-based proteins and crisps as well as clusters, granola and panning capabilities.
This belief to research, develop and market unique, new food ingredients started long before the company was founded in 1990 by Robert Hatch. Since establishing our headquarters years ago, CII now has seven production lines that run 24/7, a fully-equipped Research and Development lab as well as an on-site Applications Lab to test our product in real time.
Coming soon in 2022, CII will have a new facility in St. Joseph, Missouri that offers clusters and granola production, as well as panning capabilities.
