Young-jin Cho is a highly experienced automotive quality assurance professional specializing in the implementation and assessment of Automotive SPICE processes. Currently serving as an Automotive SPICE Competent Assessor at C&BIS, he plays a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing software development processes within automotive organizations to ensure compliance with industry standards. His expertise extends to aligning processes with ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and ISO 21448, enabling clients to meet rigorous functional safety and cybersecurity requirements essential for modern automotive systems.

In his role, Young-jin leads key projects that involve comprehensive process assessments, gap analyses, and process improvement initiatives tailored to automotive software development lifecycle management. His deep understanding of Automotive SPICE models, combined with his proficiency in standards such as ISO 26262 and ISO 21434, allows him to deliver targeted recommendations that improve process maturity and product safety.
