Yeap Henry currently serves as the Cost & Contracts Manager at Mapletree, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of the company's diverse portfolio of development projects across Asia. With over a decade of extensive experience in contract management and quantity surveying across China, Malaysia, and Singapore, Henry brings a comprehensive understanding of regional construction practices, legal frameworks, and procurement strategies. In his current role, he leads a dedicated in-house Quantity Surveying (QS) team alongside external QS consultants, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to project budgets, contractual obligations, and procurement procedures outlined in the Procurement Manual and Delegation of Authority (DOA) Manual.

Henry’s expertise spans cost planning, tender review and administration, and contract negotiation, which are critical in managing high-rise developments and complex construction projects. His daily responsibilities involve close collaboration with finance, asset management, and project teams to conduct detailed cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments. By leveraging his skills in contract negotiation and construction management, Henry ensures that project costs are optimized without compromising quality or compliance. His proficiency in feasibility studies and process scheduling further supports strategic decision-making and project delivery timelines.
