Vicky Lacroze currently serves as the Technical Content Development Manager at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s sustainability reporting standards and ensuring their alignment with emerging global frameworks. Her expertise lies in mapping GRI standards against other critical sustainability frameworks such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD/ESRS), ISSB, TNFD, BRSR, and GDP, helping organizations identify gaps and leverage synergies across reporting requirements. This work is vital in supporting companies’ transparency on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, particularly in areas like climate change, biodiversity, labor practices, and financial services.

Vicky’s role involves drafting and reviewing technical content for key GRI standards, including Climate Change, Financial Services, and Textiles and Apparel, ensuring that the guidance provided is both accurate and actionable.
