Umar Rosyid currently serves as the Area Manager at TOMORO COFFEE, where he oversees a dynamic portfolio of stores across multiple regions, including Malang, Batu, Jember, Bondowoso, and Probolinggo. With a leadership team of over 100 employees, Umar plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the brand’s commitment to quality, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service. His strategic focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as net sales growth, cost control, and food safety standards has been instrumental in achieving consistent business results.

Umar’s expertise extends to managing P&L, stock control, and implementing effective staff development programs that foster a motivated and skilled workforce. His hands-on approach in operational management ensures that each store upholds TOMORO COFFEE’s standards for halal certification, food safety, and customer satisfaction, resulting in zero complaints and high customer loyalty. Notably, he has successfully led initiatives to open new stores in emerging markets, contributing to the company’s expansion strategy and increasing market share in East Java.

In 2024, Umar was entrusted with overseeing a larger area, including 24 stores across Batu, Malang, Sidoarjo, and Surabaya, demonstrating his capacity for scalable management and strategic planning. His proficiency in staff training—covering barista skills, cashiering, and FCM (Food & Coffee Management)—along with his focus on profit and loss management, has consistently delivered positive EBIT results.
