In this role, Tom specializes in managing small-scale infrastructure projects that involve the automation and integration of complex systems within tunnels, bridges, and locks. His expertise lies in deploying and optimizing Siemens Industrial Automation products, including Simatic S7, S5, and TIA Portal, to ensure seamless operation of safety-critical infrastructure components. Tom's deep understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Profibus and Profinet enables him to design robust, reliable automation solutions that meet stringent safety and operational standards.
