This initiative involves meticulous project management, from the introduction and coordination of new talent to overseeing on-location shoots and event coverage. By fostering strong relationships with our Social Agency of Record, I ensure that our posting cadence and messaging align with our overarching marketing strategy, allowing us to maximize our reach and impact.
Additionally, my role requires a keen understanding of public relations and solution selling, as I navigate the dynamic landscape of social media to identify new opportunities for engagement and collaboration. Through continuous process improvement and a commitment to excellence, I strive to elevate BMW's digital presence, making our social channels not just platforms for promotion, but vibrant communities where enthusiasts and potential customers can connect with the brand on a deeper level.
