Than Van brings over 14 years of comprehensive HR experience within multinational corporations, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR functions, procedures, and inter-departmental dynamics. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager and Center Head at Samsung Electronics Vietnam’s HR Shared Service Center, Than plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategy and operational excellence. His leadership is instrumental in streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with global HR standards across the organization.

In his current role, Than oversees a wide spectrum of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR analytics. He has successfully led key projects such as the implementation of digital HR solutions to improve service delivery and data-driven decision-making, as well as initiatives to foster a high-performance culture aligned with Samsung’s corporate values. His expertise in data analysis enables him to identify workforce trends and develop strategic HR interventions that support business growth.
