• 10 years´ experience in the management and leadership of the Rehabilitation team, working in the patient acquisition from hospitals and providing feedback to Health care providers (Rates/Reports) in care transition network such as Rede Humana Magna de Saúde. • Experience in the Evaluation and Prognosis of Rehabilitation of neurological patients (critically ill polyneuropathy, neuromuscular diseases: ALS, MS, Progressive Supranuclear Paralysis), stroke with multiple comorbidities and respiratory impairment - adaptation of ventilators, ventilatory weaning, tracheostomy and discharge scheduling. • Highly experienced in attending critical patients in intensive care who require ventilatory support in institutions such as Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, HCOR, UNICOR and Hospital Nove de Julho. • Expertise in risk assessment, monitoring and management of adult and elderly patients - assessment of functional, neurological and respiratory capacity. • Experience in Cardio-pulmonary Rehabilitation. • Experience in using Assistive Technology – TIX - Multifunctional Intelligent Keyboard, a-blinX wink detector, Fluentix- use in neurological patients: Stroke, ALS, Polytrauma Sequels. • Performance in monitoring quality rates: evolution in medical records, total patients, total staff and number of scheduled x performed visits, among other specific respiratory and neurological rates.
