Tefo successfully transitioned into the operator to artisan program, which significantly advanced his career trajectory and enabled him to obtain his trade certificates.

At Nampak, Tefo is instrumental in ensuring the operational efficiency of production equipment, utilizing his expertise in fault finding and motor testing to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. His proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word aids in meticulous documentation and reporting, while his commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards ensures that all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with industry regulations.
