Tanyss Munro serves as the Co-Founder and Director of Amarok Society, where she is passionately committed to transforming lives through innovative education initiatives in some of the world's most impoverished urban slums. Her current role involves spearheading programs that empower illiterate mothers to become volunteer teachers, thereby creating a ripple effect of positive change within their communities. Tanyss’s leadership focuses on program development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable education models that address the unique challenges faced by marginalized populations. She oversees the design and implementation of teacher training workshops, adult education programs, and e-learning modules, all aimed at equipping mothers with the skills necessary to serve as catalysts of social transformation.

A key project under her direction involves expanding Amarok Society’s model to new urban slums, where she collaborates with local stakeholders to adapt curriculum content and facilitate community engagement.
