As the Senior Manager of Solutions Architects for the North Central Public Sector at Verizon, I lead a dedicated team of Manager Solutions Architects across a diverse 12-state territory in the Midwest. Our primary mission is to empower the sales force with technical expertise that drives innovative solutions for our public sector clients, including police, fire, EMS, state and local governments, and K-12 educational institutions. In this role, I embrace my philosophy as a servant leader, focusing on developing my team’s skills and fostering an environment of encouragement and collaboration.

We are at the forefront of transforming how public sector organizations leverage wireless and telecommunications technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. By engaging directly with our sales force, we identify unique opportunities for our clients to save money and improve their service capabilities through managed services and M2M (machine-to-machine) solutions. Our expertise in wireless networking and strategic planning allows us to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer, ensuring they can navigate the complexities of modern technology with confidence.
