Biochemistry and Molecular Biology: • DNA and RNA isolation from plasma, cells, and extracelluar vesicles, restriction digestion and analysis, SDS-PAGE, agarose gel electrophoresis, PCR, Real time-PCR and blotting techniques. • Extraction and interpretation of data from genomic, pharmacogenomic , protein repositories (1000 Genomes, NCBI, PharmGKB and PDB)
Analytical Pharmacology : • High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), • Liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), • Multiplex Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA).
