Notably, she co-led the end-to-end implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud, overseeing vendor assessment, scope definition, development, and user acceptance testing. This initiative significantly improved automation and standardization of FP&A workflows, resulting in more timely and accurate management reports. Her efforts in streamlining the management reporting process reduced turnaround time from three days to just two days, all while maintaining resource efficiency without additional headcount.
