Stéphane Henaff currently serves as the Regional Equipment Director for Sogea-Satom, overseeing the comprehensive management of the company’s equipment fleet across the Sahel region, which encompasses ten subsidiaries. In this strategic role, he is responsible for the stewardship of over 4,000 pieces of production and industrial equipment, with a total asset value exceeding €380 million. His leadership ensures optimal utilization, maintenance, and lifecycle management of assets critical to the company's infrastructure projects in challenging environments.
