Simon’s focus on results-driven execution and his can-do spirit foster a collaborative team environment, motivating his staff of around 300 FTEs to achieve operational excellence while maintaining the highest safety standards.
In addition to operational management, Simon actively contributes to strategic initiatives that enhance asset performance and sustainability. His skills in business planning and strategic development support NAM’s long-term objectives in the evolving oil and gas industry, including the integration of innovative technologies and best practices in oilfield production management. Simon’s broad industry experience, combined with his energetic leadership style, positions him as a key driver of value creation and operational resilience within NAM BV’s onshore assets in the Netherlands and Germany.
