From its founding in Hamburg in 1991 the DWI-Group has been primarily dedicated to the development of commercial real estate with an emphasis on offices. Prominent renovations are the "Alte Oberpostdirektion" at Stephansplatz, the "bahn_hoefe" in Hamburg-Ottensen as well as the "Work-Life-Center" at Gorch-Fock-Wall in the middle of Hamburg and the "CREON" in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The DWI Group is headquartered in the city center of Hamburg, very close to the City Hall.
