Shi Kai Sim currently serves as the Deputy Director of Manpower Policy, Planning, and Research at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic human resource framework that underpins Singapore’s diplomatic missions worldwide.
