Shaurya Deep is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Senior Manager HR at REA India, where he plays a pivotal role within the HR Center of Excellence (COE) team. In this capacity, Shaurya leverages his extensive expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with REA India's business objectives. His leadership in employer branding, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), and internal communications has been instrumental in fostering a progressive and inclusive workplace culture. Shaurya's deep understanding of HR analytics, coupled with his proficiency in tools like SAP and social media platforms, enables him to craft compelling employer value propositions and enhance internal communication strategies effectively.

Prior to his current role, Shaurya served as Strategic HR Program Manager at American Towers, reporting directly to the CHRO for the APAC region. There, he managed large-scale HR programs, focusing on leadership development, compliance, and learning & development operations. His experience in leading L&D initiatives, E-Learning, and TNI programs has honed his ability to design impactful training modules that support organizational growth and employee upskilling.

With a certification as a SHL OPQ32 Assessor, Shaurya brings a data-driven approach to talent assessment and development. His skills in public speaking, psychology, and business development complement his technical expertise, enabling him to effectively communicate complex HR strategies and foster stakeholder engagement.
