Server Gezmis

Server Gezmis currently serves as the Head of Hardware Program Management at Nokia Siemens Networks, where he plays a pivotal role in steering complex, multi-site telecommunication hardware programs. His leadership encompasses managing inter-cultural teams across various locations, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with strategic objectives. With a deep expertise in advanced telecommunication computing architectures, particularly ATCA (Advanced Telecommunications Computing Architecture), Server has successfully overseen the development and deployment of cutting-edge hardware platforms for IP switching systems and telecommunication applications.

In his role, Server is instrumental in driving key projects such as the ATCA platform programs, HW maintenance initiatives, and specialized cost-saving programs like DtC (Design to Cost). His proficiency in product line management and system integration & verification ensures that products meet stringent industry standards for quality, reliability, and performance. He leverages a comprehensive skill set that includes test automation, agile program management, and development logistics to optimize project timelines and resource utilization.

Server’s expertise extends to compliance management, configuration and change management, and factory interfacing, all critical for maintaining high standards in manufacturing and deployment. He actively collaborates with suppliers and utilizes industry tools like Artemis, Pronto, EasyPlanner, and Doors to streamline project workflows and quality assurance processes. His technical skills in C, C++, VHDL, and constraint-driven design underpin his ability to oversee complex hardware development and integration tasks, ensuring innovative solutions in telecommunications and mobile device markets.
