Sen Tan

Sen Pee Tan currently serves as the Senior Director, Global QMS and Head of Global Vendor Quality at Daiichi Sankyo, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the company's quality management systems across a diverse global network of external suppliers and vendors. With over 25 years of GxP experience spanning GCP, GCLP, GMP, Regulatory Affairs, and GDP, Sen Pee brings a comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements and quality assurance strategies essential for maintaining the highest standards in the pharmaceutical industry. His expertise is particularly critical in managing complex vendor quality programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing for GCP and GCLP inspections within the Asia Pacific region.

In his current role, Sen Pee is focused on defining and assessing the resource needs for the Global RDPV QA team to effectively scale up vendor management capabilities following Daiichi Sankyo’s transfer of obligations. He is instrumental in refining and developing fit-for-purpose processes that align regional and global needs, fostering a unified approach to vendor quality management. His initiatives include implementing robust CAPA systems, leveraging Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as 21 CFR Part 11.

Sen Pee’s deep expertise in analytical chemistry, technology transfer, change control, and laboratory safety underpins his ability to develop scalable, compliant, and efficient vendor quality programs.
