BrightInsight is the patient persistence solution for the world's top pharma and biotech companies. Your teams spend decades developing a life-changing molecule. You invest in activation programs, patient hubs, copay support and specialty pharmacy partnerships. And still — fewer than 1 in 3 patients is on that specialty therapy at 12 months (IQVIA, 2025). Not because the science failed, but because the support system was never designed to carry patients past activation. That persistence gap is one of the industry's most expensive blind spots. It costs brands $500B+ in unrealized value every year. More importantly, it costs patients the outcomes your therapy was built to deliver. BrightInsight was built for exactly that gap. We are the intelligence layer that sits between your Hub and your CRM — unifying the patient experience, detecting the behavioral signals that precede drop-off, and triggering the right intervention at the moment that actually determines whether a patient stays on therapy or disappears. Foundation. Intelligence. Intervention. Three connected layers. One closed loop. In a real-world study with Sanofi, BrightInsight delivered a 4% lift in both adherence and persistence. For a single brand, that movement translates to significant reclaimed revenue — compounding into year two, year three and beyond. We are therapy-agnostic, delivery-agnostic and built to scale globally. We layer on top of your existing Hub and CRM — no rip-and-replace needed — backed by the QMS-validated compliance infrastructure that regulated markets demand. The science your teams worked a decade to develop deserves a solution strong enough to carry it. The patients waiting for that support deserve it even more. Learn more at brightinsight.com
