Sasa Colic currently serves as the Head of Group Human Resources at Starrag, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's global HR strategy. In this capacity, Sasa oversees the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with Starrag’s strategic business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and high-performance organizational culture across all regions. His expertise in talent management and performance management is instrumental in driving leadership development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Sasa’s strategic partnership with the CEO and senior management enables him to translate complex business goals into actionable HR operating plans, supporting the organization through significant change management processes, including digital transformation and organizational restructuring.

Prior to his current role, Sasa demonstrated exceptional leadership in expanding the HR footprint for Swarovski’s global headquarters, successfully scaling the workforce from 250 to 500 employees while implementing comprehensive training and development programs. His experience managing international payroll and HR operations for Covidien (a Medtronic company) further underscores his expertise in global HR administration, compliance, and HR core processes such as SAP HR (PA, OM, ESS, MSS, Time Management). Sasa’s project management skills shine through his leadership of cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing HR workflows and enhancing employee engagement.
