Sandra Schausten brings a comprehensive and hands-on approach to her role as Bilanzbuchhalter – Financial Account Manager at PACCOR, a leading global manufacturer in the flexible packaging industry. Her current responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of financial accounting functions, leveraging her extensive expertise in Rechnungswesen, Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Debitorenbuchhaltung, and Kontoabstimmung. Sandra plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), which is crucial for PACCOR’s global operations.

Since joining PACCOR in 2011, Sandra has been instrumental in building and structuring the finance department from the ground up, working closely with controlling to optimize financial processes and reporting workflows. Her deep understanding of Jahresabschlüsse and financial analysis has contributed significantly to the company’s strategic decision-making. Her experience is further enriched by her ability to manage complex financial transactions, ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes, and maintain rigorous internal controls.
