Samuel Grassin

Samuel Grassin currently serves as a Stage Juriste Droit des Affaires / Droit Économique at CANAL+ Group, where he plays a pivotal role in supporting the legal and strategic aspects of the company's distribution and commercial activities. In this position, Samuel is actively involved in navigating complex legal frameworks related to distribution agreements, competition law, and consumer protection within the media and entertainment sector. His responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and advising on legal risks associated with new distribution channels and partnerships, particularly in the context of the DROM (Départements et Régions d'Outre-Mer).
