Rylan Wagner

Rylan Wagner is currently serving as a Process Improvement Specialist Intern at Idaho National Laboratory (INL), where he plays a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement through the application of lean principles. In this capacity, Rylan collaborates closely with the process improvement team to identify inefficiencies, analyze workflows, and implement strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety. His work involves leveraging industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Excel, Grafana, and Graphite to collect, visualize, and interpret data, enabling data-driven decision-making across various projects.

At INL, Rylan is actively involved in supporting initiatives that streamline processes within complex nuclear and energy systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards while optimizing resource utilization. His expertise in research and analytical skills allows him to conduct thorough process assessments, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
