Ryan Rwanda brings a dynamic and multifaceted background to his current role as Driver Support Manager at inDrive, where he leverages over a decade of diverse experience in project management, strategic communications, and market research. Since joining inDrive, Ryan has been instrumental in developing and refining driver support initiatives that enhance user experience, foster driver engagement, and ensure operational efficiency across key markets. His expertise in product marketing and strategic planning enables him to identify pain points within the driver community and implement innovative solutions that drive loyalty and satisfaction.

Prior to his tenure at inDrive, Ryan’s career journey was marked by a blend of creative and strategic pursuits. Beginning at the age of 15, he gained early experience working as part of an event crew, honing his skills in event management and logistics. His passion for entertainment led him to explore a side career as a magician, where he successfully organized and performed in continuous events like the Open Stage, demonstrating his leadership, creativity, and ability to engage diverse audiences. These experiences cultivated his skills in project management, marketing strategy, and strategic communications—assets that he now applies to his role in the tech-driven mobility sector.

Relocating to Pekanbaru, Ryan expanded his professional scope by engaging in development and research for company products and strategies, serving briefly as a Government Relations (GR) director representative. His broad skill set, including sales and marketing, food and beverage, and leadership, positions him as a versatile leader capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments. At inDrive, Ryan continues to innovate within driver support, utilizing his strategic mindset and customer-centric approach to foster a thriving driver-partner ecosystem.
