In his current role, Rusty leads the finance partnership for the Sales & Marketing functions, overseeing a substantial £135 million spend and supporting an annual order intake of approximately £200 million. His responsibilities include providing insightful management accounting, financial analysis, and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders such as the group CSO, CMO, and RevOps Director. Rusty’s expertise in IFRS, process automation, and management accounting allows him to streamline financial processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making.
