His leadership ensures that the development teams—comprising 20 to 30 highly skilled professionals across Germany and Romania—operate efficiently within a structured product lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

His team develops sophisticated web-based applications and self-service platforms that empower law enforcement agencies with real-time data processing, biometric authentication, and secure communication channels.
