Rob Van Haarst currently serves as a Software Development Specialist at USoft B.V., where he leverages his extensive expertise to drive innovative solutions in requirements analysis, process modeling, and software development. His role involves collaborating closely with requirements specialists, process designers, and business modellers to translate complex business needs into precise technical specifications. Rob’s proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and DSDM ensures that project delivery remains flexible, iterative, and aligned with client objectives, fostering a dynamic environment for continuous improvement.

A key focus of Rob’s work is the development and enhancement of USoft URequire Studio, a sophisticated natural-language parser designed for business rule and process specification. His deep understanding of modeling languages such as SBVR, BPMN, ORM, EAR, FCO-IM, and UML enables him to create accurate, comprehensive models that facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
