Reddy Apriano currently serves as the Country Financial Controller at Regal Springs Tilapia, a leading multinational aquaculture company specializing in sustainable fish farming. In this strategic role, Reddy oversees the financial health and integrity of operations across Indonesia, ensuring compliance with both local and international accounting standards. His leadership extends to managing a dedicated team comprising four managers—covering Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Consolidation & Reporting—and four analyst-level professionals, all of whom report directly or in a dotted-line capacity.
