Phoebe Chua currently serves as Senior Manager of CMC Operations at Merck, where she leverages over 15 years of expertise in GMP Quality Control and Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) to drive strategic initiatives that ensure the seamless development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. In her role, Phoebe oversees critical aspects of sample management and shipping, meticulously assessing the impact of temperature excursions during sample transportation to maintain the integrity of analytical data.
