Philippe Brauchli currently serves as the Head of Business Unit Business Engineering & System Compliance at RUAG, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic and operational landscape of the company's aerospace and defense divisions. With a deep expertise in operational excellence and systems engineering, Philippe leads initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance compliance standards, and drive digital transformation across RUAG’s complex aerospace ecosystem. His focus on integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies ensures that RUAG remains at the forefront of innovation in avionics, aeronautics, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services.
