Peter Kanyoi

Peter Kanyoi, currently serving as an Operations Intern at MAS Intimates Kenya (EPZ) Limited within the Production Control Unit, is gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the fast-paced apparel manufacturing industry. In this role, Peter is actively involved in critical supply chain and inventory management processes, ensuring seamless production flow through meticulous monitoring of materials availability—whether in-housed or in-housed—and managing partial deliveries and reorders. His responsibilities also extend to coordinating with suppliers by sending timely order callouts, which requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Leveraging his academic background in Economics and Statistics from Kenyatta University, Peter applies data analysis and statistical insights to optimize inventory levels and improve operational efficiency. His proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages enables him to interpret production data, identify trends, and support decision-making processes that enhance supply chain responsiveness. As a continuing CPA student, Peter is also integrating financial acumen into his operational role, allowing him to understand cost implications and budgeting considerations within production control.
