Patrick Van Ochten currently serves as the Senior Manager Business Information Management at IPP Pooling, where he leverages over 12 years of extensive experience across Finance, Business Intelligence, IT, and supply chain management. In his role, Patrick is responsible for overseeing the entire data landscape, ensuring the integrity, quality, and accessibility of critical business data. His expertise in data visualizations and advanced analysis enables the organization to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

A key aspect of Patrick’s leadership involves building and mentoring a high-performing team of Data Engineers and Business Analysts, growing his team to up to 10 FTEs. As the global lead of the BI community, comprising 20 FTEs, he fosters a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation in data management practices. His implementation of an Agile data management framework has been instrumental in enhancing project delivery speed, flexibility, and stakeholder engagement across multiple international projects.

Patrick also acts as the Product Owner for Data Management & Quality, ensuring that data governance standards are maintained and that data-driven initiatives align with organizational goals. His expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, change management, and management consulting supports his ability to lead complex projects and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
