Patrick Powell, PMP®, currently serves as the Aerospace Maintenance Program Manager for Audits, Test, and Inspection at the United States Department of Defense, operating within a highly classified Top Secret/SCI environment. In this pivotal role, Patrick oversees a comprehensive portfolio of aerospace maintenance programs, ensuring rigorous compliance with audit standards, test protocols, and inspection procedures critical to national security. His expertise in program management and logistics is instrumental in maintaining the operational readiness of vital aerospace assets, supporting the Department’s strategic objectives across multiple defense domains.

Within this capacity, Patrick leads complex projects that involve defect life cycle management, property accountability, and manufacturing process improvements—key elements that sustain the integrity and safety of aerospace systems. His ability to integrate WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) methodologies and financial management principles ensures seamless execution of complex projects.
