The Connector Company is based in Japan and is created by Kota Tsuda and Yves Helven. Coming from respectively a Marketing and a Fleet Management background, they have understood the need of Fleet Owners to access global advice, without the difficulties of sourcing for a local partner. The Expert Community is global and local. This means that our Experts offer local services to global Customers through the Connector gateway. Our approach is based on centralisation and easiness. Our Customers talk to one person for all of their requirements, regardless of their location or the location of their projects. Connector dispatches to the correct Expert in the correct location, even if your office is in Brussels, but you want help for your fleet in Mexico and your fleet in Indonesia. We consolidate both your needs and the Expert's output. Because we work with local Experts and with limited overhead cost, we are able to offer you better service, based on real, on-the-ground experience but at a non-premium pricing.
