Pamela Ringor

Pamela Ringor currently serves as an Academic Advisor at Purdue University College of Pharmacy, where she leverages her extensive background in pharmacy management, diabetes care, and medication therapy management (MTM) to support the development of future pharmacy professionals. In her role, Pamela provides comprehensive academic advising, career coaching, and mentorship to pharmacy students, helping them navigate their educational journey and prepare for successful careers in healthcare. Her expertise in immunizations, medication management, and patient-centered care informs her approach to guiding students through experiential learning opportunities, ensuring they gain practical skills aligned with industry standards.

Throughout her career, Pamela has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing pharmacy practice and education. Her previous experience managing three Osco pharmacies, including the fastest-growing location in the nation for five consecutive years, underscores her leadership and operational expertise. As a diabetes care pharmacist, she developed and delivered diabetes education classes, emphasizing her dedication to chronic disease management and patient education. Pamela also proposed, authored, and updated Osco’s national internship program, transitioning it to a disease-based curriculum that enhanced experiential learning and professional development for pharmacy students nationwide.
