Padam Dev Law is a seasoned independent consultant and advisor with extensive expertise in the cement and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Project Execution and leading Angola operations for the construction of a large greenfield cement plant on behalf of ETA Star International LLC Dubai, Padam is instrumental in overseeing complex project management activities, from initial planning and engineering to execution and commissioning. His role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing procurement strategies, and ensuring adherence to international standards of quality and safety in a challenging environment. With a proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, Padam leverages his deep understanding of cement manufacturing processes, construction management, and power plant integration to optimize project timelines and cost efficiencies.

Prior to his current role, Padam served as Head of Procurement at KHD Humboldt Wedag India Pvt. Ltd., where he led a team of over 50 procurement engineers in developing supplier networks and sourcing critical equipment for cement plant projects across India and abroad. His expertise in materials management, equipment procurement, and supply chain optimization has been pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution.
